COOKING OIL SHOULD NOT ALWAYS USE

Everyone knows that the food we eat its function to enhance and maintain our health, even how we cook the food can be just as important as keeping our body health. But whether Cooking should always be with Oil ?. And now with so many products of the oil and butter products, each of which claimed the best product, it can make us difficult to know and choose which ones to use and which ones should be avoided.

There are several types of oil that we know the market, among others:

1. Canola oil
Canola oil is the most popular oil, with many doctors claims that he has the ability to reduce risk heart disease, low saturated fat oils, high monounsaturated fat, and offers the best fatty acid composition when compared with other oils.

You can use canola oil in sauting, as a liquid and even in low temperatures stir fried. It has bland flavor, which makes it a great oil for food that contain many spices. Unlike other oils, this someone will not interfere with your food taste.

2. Olive oil

3. Butter
Butter is one food that has been there since many years ago. Butter is able to function as a oil for cooking and function very well because it offers sources of Vitamin A and vitamin that dissolves fat, such as E, K, and even D. Butter or Butter is also made from natural ingredients and contains no chemical elements.

You can use butter for cooking, baking, or can even be sprinkled on food. You also can pair it with cream sauce, spices, baked corn, or even bread.

4. Margarine

When you want to cook with oil, then there will be some kind of oil that you can hoose. There are more choices than on what has been mentioned above, although it is the ost popular.

If you cook to get a healthy meal you have to be really careful in choosing a cooking oil that you will use, it will take a little time and a little more expensive than ordinary cooking oil.
