CHICKEN SPICY

Spicy Roast Chicken Seasoning is very simple to make and taste spicy chicken but also tasty, because the fat in baked it becomes lost, it is very suitable for women who fear being overweight but want to eat chicken.
Spicy Roast Chicken Seasoning recipe I have tried this in our kitchen in the event a family party, this recipe if you do not like spicy then can combine with sweet and sour taste by adding a little vinegar and sugar or soy sauce. Good luck!
Ingredients :
1 chicken, cut into 4 sections
2 orange juice, take the water
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
3 lime leaves, discard the bones, sliced
2 cm ginger, crushed
2 pieces of pandan leaves, nodes
5 tablespoons soy sauce
Puree:
8 large red chilies
6 pieces green chili sauce
6 eggs onion
3 cloves garlic
½ tsp pepper grains
1 teaspoon salt
Seasoning if desired
How to Make Roast Chicken Recipe Spicy Seasoning:
Marinate chicken with lime juice and salt. Let stand for 15 minutes. Set aside.
Heat oil and saute the spice that has been mashed with lemon grass, lime leaves, ginger and pandan leaves until fragrant. Give sweet soy sauce.
Add chicken, stir and cook until flavors mingle. Spread with remaining chicken roasted with herbs. Lift.
Makes 4 servings
